Set amidst the scenic landscapes of Surrey, this project presented an opportunity for a ground floor extension and loft conversion, breathing new life into the existing structure.

The exterior underwent a complete turnover, with meticulous attention to detail and design innovation. To elevate the architectural character of the home, we introduced striking elements such as new apex-shaped windows on the first floor, adding a touch of contemporary flair to the facade.

In addition, we incorporated two dormers, strategically placed at the front and rear of the property, to maximize interior space and natural light in the loft conversion. These dormers not only enhance the visual appeal of the roofline but also contribute to the overall symmetry and balance of the structure. Furthermore, we introduced a captivating interplay of materials like juxtaposing dark wood, white render, and limestone to create a captivating contrast that adds depth and dimension to the exterior.

Our goal was to harmonize modern design elements with the timeless charm of the existing architecture, resulting in a seamless blend of old and new that celebrates the unique character of the property.
